The City of Astoria operates under the Council-Manager form of government. The City Manager is the administrative head of the City government and is appointed by the Mayor and City Council. The office is open 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday and closes for lunch.

The City Manager's Office processes the following programs for the City of Astoria:

  • Records Requests.
  • Special Event Permits.
  • Civil Right Concerns.
