In 2024 and 2025, the divisions of Administration, Engineering and Operations gathered to evaluate and create a Strategic Management Plan to document who we are, where we are going and how we are going to get there. The following mission, vision and values statements were created by Public Works staff.
To effectively develop and maintain public infrastructure and facilities to provide essential services that meet the economic, environmental, public safety and social needs of our community.
We will be a recognized leader in the delivery of public services; known for our adaptability, caring attention given to our community, reliability, responsiveness, and stewardship of fiscal and human resources.
